Below are some diagrams which break down the flow of project at a technical level, intended for both managers and technical staff to follow, so the full scope of the project is known at any stage.

This first image is the initial draft of the project plan.

This second image shows an evolution of the project plan, including refined details and functionality coverage. You can see I used more colour in the update to help the reader more easily identify the components of the project and what may have changed since the initial version.
